The May 2022 Chumpy Pullin Foundation Raffles (herein referred to as the Raffles) and Live Auction is an initiative of The Chumpy Pullin Foundation (ABN 61 911 706 043) to raise funds to provide financial assistance and development opportunities for the emerging snowboard athletes in Australia.

GENERAL RAFFLE AND LIVE AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Raffle ticket sales commence on 25th April 2022 and conclude on 19th May 2022 at 9:00PM (AEST).
2. Bidding on the Live Auctions commences on 25th April 2022 and concludes on 19th May 2022 at 9:45PM (AEST).
3. All proceeds of the Raffles and Live Auctions will be directed to a registered charity, The Chumpy Pullin Foundation (ABN 61 911 706 043).
4. You must have purchased a ticket via https://chumpypullinfoundation.org to be eligible for a prize in the Raffles.
5. You must have placed a bid via https://chumpypullinfoundation.org to be eligible for an auction item.
6. Entrants are not restricted or limited to the number of raffle tickets which may be purchased.
7. Entrants are not restricted or limited to the number of bids which may be entered for a Live Auction item.
8. Purchase of a raffle ticket or bid in a Live Auction is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
9. Entrants must complete their contact details in the section provided. Incomplete entries will be ineligible. Complete entries will include a first and last name, a full address, a telephone number, and an email address at a minimum.
10. By entering the Raffles and/or Live Auctions you will allow The Chumpy Pullin Foundation to contact you about news, events and general information in relation to the organisation. You may unsubscribe from The Chumpy Pullin Foundation mailing list at any time.
11. The draw for the winners will take place on 19th May 2022, starting at 9:45pm (AEST), at The Ivy, 330 George St, Sydney NSW 2000.
12. Entrants need not be present at the drawing of the winners to win.
13. Winners will be notified via the contact details provided on their entry if not present at the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, The Chumpy Pullin Foundation reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and award the prize to a replacement winner.
14. The Chumpy Pullin Foundation reserves the right to request winners to submit their proof of identity and purchase of entry. Proof of identification and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of The Chumpy Pullin Foundation.
15. Prizes cannot be redeemed or exchanged for any other products.
16. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
17. The Chumpy Pullin Foundation accepts no responsibility for any loss, damages, or injury incurred to enter the Raffles or Live Auctions or in connection with taking up the prizes.
18. Physical prize items will be delivered to any nominated address within Australia within 12 weeks of the winner being notified and supplying a valid address. Vouchers and experience details will be delivered via email. This excludes the Harley-Davidson raffle prize, please refer to clause (6) in the specific terms of Harley-Davidson raffle below for details on delivery of this prize.
19. The Chumpy Pullin Foundation takes no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed or lost in transit. Once prizes have left the prize supplier’s premises, the prize supplier takes no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed or lost in transit.
20. The Chumpy Pullin Foundation takes no liability for any tax issues which may arise from accepting a prize in this competition. Consult an independent tax adviser if this is a concern.
21. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements.
22. The Chumpy Pullin Foundation shall not be liable for any costs associated with any prize after the delivery.
23. The Chumpy Pullin Foundation reserves the right to cancel or amend the prizes without notice. Any changes to the prizes will be notified to entrants via email as soon as possible.
24. If for any reason the Raffles and/or Live Auctions are not capable of running as planned, including (but not limited to) tampering or any other causes beyond the control of The Chumpy Pullin Foundation, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of the Raffles and/or Live Auctions, The Chumpy Pullin Foundation reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Raffles and/or Live Auctions, subject to any direction given under state permit regulations.
25. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; The Chumpy Pullin Foundation may in its absolute discretion cancel the Raffles and/or Live Auctions and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to state legislation.
26. Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of publishing these Terms and Conditions. All prize values are in Australian dollars.
27. The Chumpy Pullin Foundation is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with the Raffles and/or Live Auctions.
28. The Chumpy Pullin Foundation’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prizes will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
29. You acknowledge that The Chumpy Pullin Foundation reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the Raffles and Live Auctions at any time. Any amendment will be effective immediately. Accordingly, you should access and read the Terms and Conditions from time to time; available on our website (https://chumpypullinfoundation.org)

1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales and the New South Wales courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms and Conditions.
2. The promoter is The Chumpy Pullin Foundation (ABN 61 911 706 043) of 21 Poinciana Ave, Bogangar NSW, 2488, Australia. The Chumpy Pullin Foundation Trade Promotion Permit TP/01848.

PRIVACY:

1. The Chumpy Pullin Foundation respects and is committed to protecting the privacy of the personal information it collects.
2. The Chumpy Pullin Foundation will collect your personal information and any other information you may volunteer so that it can: administer and conduct the Raffles and Live Auctions; and inform the winners of the prizes. You acknowledge that if The Chumpy Pullin Foundation does not collect your personal information, you will be ineligible for prizes in the Raffles.

Surf Pack Raffle – 

1. The Surf Pack Raffle winner will be drawn and announced at 9:45PM (AEST) during our Gala event on 19th May 2022 at The Ivy, 330 George St, Sydney NSW 2000.
2. Entrants for this Raffle are limited to Australian residents only.
3. Each ticket purchased via the website (https://chumpypullinfoundation.org) will equal one (1) entry to the raffle.
4. The first eligible entry drawn will win one (1) Al Merrick surfboard – winner to nominate a stock board in a size of their choosing, up to the value of RRP $1,000; one (1) set of FCS fins, one (1) FCS board cover, one (1) pair of Electric John John Florence Sunglasses, one (1) Rip Curl Wetsuit – specific to individual

Snow Pack Raffle – 

1. The Snow Pack Raffle winner will be drawn and announced at 9:50PM (AEST) during our Gala event on 19th May 2022 at The Ivy, 330 George St, Sydney NSW 2000.
2. Entrants for this Raffle are limited to Australian residents only.
3. Each ticket purchased via the website (https://chumpypullinfoundation.org) will equal one (1) entry to the raffle.
4. The first eligible entry drawn will win one (1) Burton Snowboard – winner to nominate a stock board in a size of their choosing, up to the value of RRP $1,000; one (1) pair of Electric Kleveland Goggles; one (1) pair of Electric Sunglasses; one (1) Giro Helmet; one (1) pair of Burton Boots – specific to individual size requirements; one (1) pair of XTM gloves – specific to individual size requirements; one (1) $500 Rhythm voucher and two (2) cases of Red Bull

Valentino’s Narooma Experience Raffle –

1. The Valentino’s Narooma Experience Raffle winner will be drawn and announced at 9:55PM (AEST) during our Gala event on 19th May 2022 at The Ivy, 330 George St, Sydney NSW 2000.
2. Entrants for this Raffle are limited to Australian residents only.
3. Each ticket purchased via the website (https://chumpypullinfoundation.org) will equal one (1) entry to the raffle.
4. The first eligible entry drawn will win three (3) nights accommodation East Big 4 Narooma, one (1) $100 Voucher The Drom Hotel Tilba, four (4) entry passes to the Mogo Zoo, with Giraffe experience, Underwater Safari for  four (4) – Snorkel at Island, one (1) dinner and surf with Valentino Guseli [subject to Valentino’s availabilities], four (4) South Bound Escapes E-Bike hire vouchers. Accommodation and experience vouchers are issued by the supplier and are subject to specific Terms and Conditions as provided by them. Harley-Davidson Raffle –

1. The Harley-Davidson Raffle winner will be drawn and announced at 10:00PM (AEST) during our Gala event on 19th May 2022 at The Ivy, 330 George St, Sydney NSW 2000.
2. Entrants for this Raffle are limited to Australian residents only.
3. Each ticket purchased via the website (https://chumpypullinfoundation.org) will equal one (1) entry to the raffle.
4. The first eligible entry drawn will win one (1) Harley-Davidson -l 2022 FXST Softail Standard model.
5. Prize does not include insurance, registration, CTP, stamp duty or on road costs.
6. Winner must take possession of the prize directly from Sydney, NSW and be responsible for the freight of the prize to their desired location if prize transport is required. 
7. Prize valued at $25,000.

Rare 160cm APEX Snowboard Chumpy Snowboard 

1. The winner of this auction item will be the entrant with the highest bid placed via the website (https://chumpypullinfoundation.org) at 9:45pm on 19th May 2022 and will be announced during our Gala event on the same date at The Ivy, 330 George St, Sydney NSW 2000.
2. This auction is open to Australian residents only. 
3. The winner with the highest bid will win one (1) limited edition 160cm APEX Snowboard, designed exclusively for The Chumpy Foundation. 
4. There are two (2) limited edition 160cm APEX Chumpy snowboards available. Due to there being more than one (1) item available, the underbidder of the winner will be offered the option to match the winning bid and claim the item at the value of the winning bid. This offer will be offered in succession of the next highest bidder until all items have been claimed at the value of the winning bid.

2. This auction is open to Australian residents, over the age of eighteen (18) years only. 
3. The winner with the highest bid will win one (1) half day fishing with Mad Huey’s [subject to the Mad Huey’s availability] at Gold Coast, QLD for two (2) people; two (2) Mad Huey’s fishing jerseys; two (2) Mad Huey’s hats; and two (2) Mad Huey’s cooler bags.
4. The winner is not required to bring any fishing gear on the day.
